Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our TalentAcquisition team as an intern. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gainhands-on experience in recruiting and talent acquisition within a fast-pacedand innovative environment. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will workclosely with our recruiting team to identify, attract, and hire top talent forour organization.
 
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing and Screening Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking tosource potential candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews toassess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
2. Assisting with Recruitment Processes: Support the recruitment process from start to finish, including schedulinginterviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and facilitating candidatecommunication.
3. Maintaining Applicant Tracking System(ATS): Ensure accurate and up-to-date records ofcandidate information in our ATS. Track candidate progress throughout therecruitment process and generate reports as needed.
4. Employer Branding and RecruitmentMarketing: Assist in developing and implementing strategiesto enhance our employer brand and attract top talent. Contribute to creatingengaging content for social media, career fairs, and other recruitment events.
5. Candidate Experience: Focus on delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitmentprocess. Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing timelycommunication and support.
6. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement.Generate reports on key performance indicators and recruitment analytics toinform decision-making.
 
Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in a Masters degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or related field is a plus.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is desirable.

Duration and Compensation:

  • This is a 6-month internship position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
  • Compensation will be provided based on experience and qualifications.
