Role & responsibilities

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle PL/SQL Developer with a minimum of 7 - 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining Oracle PL/SQL procedures, functions, and packages to support various data processes. A strong emphasis will be placed on performance tuning and data modelling.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL code for data processing and reporting.
- Analyze and optimize SQL queries for performance improvements.
- Collaborate with the data warehouse team to design and implement efficient database structures.
- Should have knowledge and experience in data modelling.
- Knowledge in Unix is preferable.
- Strong communication skills.

Nice to Have:
- Knowledge and experience in data migration.
- Basic understanding of DBA tasks.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience in Oracle PL/SQL development.
- Proficiency in SQL query optimization.
- Familiarity with data warehouse concepts.
- Performance tuning expertise.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in Oracle SQL queries and PL/SQL development.
- Proven experience in performance tuning and data modelling.
- Excellent communication skills.
