Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support and contribute to the hiring process.
Responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and Screening:
- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to source potential candidates.
- Screen resumes to identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Candidate Coordination:
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain clear communication with candidates to provide updates on their application status.
- Database Management:
- Update and manage the candidate database or applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of candidate records.
- Job Posting:
- Create and post job advertisements on various platforms.
- Ensure job descriptions are accurate and engaging to attract the right talent.
- Market Research:
- Conduct research on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis.
- Identify new channels and platforms for sourcing candidates.
- Employer Branding:
- Support the team in employer branding initiatives (e.g., social media campaigns, career fairs).
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Assist in generating hiring reports and tracking key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness).
Primary Skills :
- Current student or recent graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Passion for recruitment and human resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of LinkedIn and other professional platforms is a plus.
