Job Description

We are looking for 10+years experienced candidates for this role.

Responsibilities include:

Lead the design and development of innovative full-stack solutions using Angular, NodeJS, and related technologies, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical requirements.
Oversee and ensure the quality of both backend services and client-side components, contributing to successful full-stack solution delivery.
Take a leadership role in all stages of the software development lifecycle: requirement gathering, designing, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and efficient resolution of issues.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to senior developers and junior developers, fostering professional growth and enhancing team skills.
Define technical best practices and ensure they are adhered to across the development lifecycle, promoting code quality, performance, and scalability.
Lead design and code reviews, ensuring adherence to industry best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
Lead and participate in effort estimations and design discussions, contributing strategic insights to meet project goals.
Manage and resolve complex technical issues, providing innovative solutions to meet project objectives and overcome technical roadblocks.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
Contribute to the development of team processes and methodologies, improving overall team efficiency and product delivery.
Oversee client communication, managing expectations and delivering on agreed timelines and technical requirements.

Certifications :

AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or Professional
Docker Certified Associate
Kubernetes Certification
Angular/NodeJS related certifications
Leadership/Management training or certification (optional but beneficial)

Primary Skills :

Technologies: Angular, NodeJS, NestJS, Kafka, Redis, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Development: Full-stack development, RESTful API integration, microservices architecture
Cloud & Containers: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, containerized applications
Databases: RDBMS, Document Database
Development Practices: Agile, Scrum, CI/CD, Version Control (Git, TFS)
Leadership & Team Management: Ability to mentor and guide a team, drive technical decisions, and manage the teams technical roadmap.

Secondary Skills :

Tools/Technologies: Advanced AWS services, microservices architecture, container orchestration
Soft Skills: Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, conflict resolution, and team management
Business Acumen: Understanding of business requirements and ability to translate them into technical solutions
Experience: At least 4+ years in a leadership or senior technical role, demonstrating leadership and decision-making capabilities
