Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee daily housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and a well-maintained environment while leading and managing the housekeeping team efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas, including rooms, public spaces, and laundry.
• • Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and adherence to company standards.
• • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, ensuring cost-effective usage.
• • Handle guest requests and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• • Collaborate with other departments (front office, maintenance) to ensure smooth operations.
• • Implement and enforce health, safety, and sanitation protocols in compliance with local regulations.
• • Prepare and manage housekeeping budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.
• • Maintain records of maintenance issues, repairs, and housekeeping reports.

Requirements:

• • Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or in a similar leadership role in hospitality or facility management.
• • Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and hygiene standards.
• • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• • Ability to manage a team efficiently and handle conflicts professionally.
• • Knowledge of housekeeping software and inventory management systems is a plus.
• • Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Education & Experience:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• • Minimum X years of experience in housekeeping or facility management.
