Techno Functional Analyst - CBDC / Payments

Key Skill

• 8-15 years in capacity of a digital payment domain in a fast paced, agile product development setup preferably in banking and fintech space
• Awareness about latest technology trends and understanding of APIs / Webservices/ DBs / Cloud technology etc.
• Should have knowledge of block chain technology
• Strong knowledge of testing and SDLC life cycle
• Thorough knowledge of Payment Systems like Cards, UPI, IMPS, etc.
• Good Communication skills, Team player, collaborative & positive mindset with ability to liaise with different teams
• Handling cross functional teams and internal / external stake holders.
• End to end timeline project delivery of business / regulatory projects
• Good Documentation skills
• Ability to manage different task at a time.
• Should be well versed with payment domain and UPI / IMPS product

Job Role

• Understand business requirements and prepare business requirement documents, use cases, process flows and take approval from stakeholders to take the project ahead.
• Oversee all stages in the digital product lifecycle from conceptualization to delivery.
• Should be able to engage with stakeholders on timely closure of product plan/ design / use cases and documents.
• The stakeholders can be business teams, operational teams, Risk / Information security /Audit, Technology team etc.
• Should be able to justify and communicate with stakeholders on the solutions developed for business needs.
• Should be well versed with different testing tools / simulator. (Postman / SOAP API Testing), related to mobile / web applications.
