We are currently seeking a Admin Travel Executive to join our Chennai Team.

Role - Assistant Manager Administration

The Admin Travel Executive is responsible for managing all aspects of travel arrangements for employees and clients. This includes booking flights, hotels, ground transportation, and coordinating itineraries to ensure seamless travel experiences while adhering to company policies and budgets. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications / Skills:

Travel Coordination:
- Manage and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Develop and maintain detailed itineraries for travelers, ensuring all aspects of travel are well-organized.

FRRO Process Knowledge:
- Handle FRRO registration and extension logistics for visitors and employees.
- Assist with the issuance of Letters of Invitation for business or project visits to Chennai office

Accommodation and Logistics:
- Arrange accommodation for employees and visitors, ensuring comfort and convenience.
- Manage logistics arrangements for visitors and employees (including shuttle services) , ensuring smooth transitions.

Vendor Management:
- Negotiate rates with travel vendors to secure the best deals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with travel service providers.

Communication:
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates and reports on travel arrangements and expenses.


Seat Management:

Utilize Archibus for seat management and allocation as required.

Starting Date: Immediately

- Prior experience in travel administration, travel agency, or corporate travel desk.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to negotiate and manage vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in travel management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
