Responsibilities
Overall 3-6 years experience with relevant IT experience
The person must have 3-6 years of experience in supporting HR systems and integrations (SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion, GEOS, etc)
The person will be responsible for all aspects of Incident Management and support for HR-IT operations utilizing best practice processes to include Incident Management, Service Request, Problem Management, Knowledge Management.
They are responsible for continuous improvement of services provided, ensuring appropriate coverage is in place, daily reporting, broad program awareness of trends, efficient escalation to tiers 2 and 3, and meeting customer s SLA s.
Helps maintain data integrity in HR systems by running queries and analyzing data.
Quality conscious for all the deliverables assigned
Meet or exceed service level agreements when making system updates, mass uploads, security changes, or troubleshooting interfaces.
Assist key stakeholders with data analysis, data validations, and data extracts
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc
Flexible on Work time zone.

Performs workforce analytics, develops reports and/or dashboards and provides recommendations to support ongoing business needs.
Able to create documentation and SOP s from learning logs.
About You
Graduate or Postgraduate with overall 3-6 years experience in IT.
Have 3-6 years of experience in supporting HR systems and integrations (SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion, Oracle Core HR, GEOS will be an added advantage.)
