Job Title: Technical Support Engineer - Service Management


Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India


Job Role:

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will resolve technical issues for customers related to the ServiceNow platform. Your role involves troubleshooting unexpected behaviors, answering technical questions, and collaborating with teams to resolve complex cases while delivering exceptional customer support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues for customers using ServiceNow.
  • Analyze logs and debug applications to isolate root causes.
  • Provide customer support via web, chat, email, and phone.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for complex issues.
  • Share insights for process and product improvements.

Skills Required:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in log analysis and debugging.
  • Familiarity with incident management, knowledge bases, and escalation practices.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules (e.g., Service/Project Management, SLAs, Service Catalog).
  • Troubleshooting experience with web applications and JavaScript code.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years in customer-facing technical support (preferably with web-based products).
  • 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Development/Administration experience.

Trigent is not at all concerned about its employees. I was working as a contractor in Accenture and complaint about my supervisor ( Accenture) to Kishore as my supervisor, Bhupesh and Manager, Pradeep, used to torture me. Kishore did not guide me to get over this terrible situation saying that neither Kishore nor Trigent can help me in this. Therefore, I had a very bad experience
