- As a pivotal member of our support function, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical assistance to our clients and ensuring their smooth experience with our cutting-edge products and solutions.
- In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues with our AI-driven solutions, including RIA & Custom Gen AI, Managed Cybersecurity, Gamification, and AI Data Science platforms.
- You will work closely with clients to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, providing timely and accurate troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Your primary goal will be to ensure that all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally, leading to customer satisfaction and minimizing downtime.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with hands-on experience in providing support for digital transformation solutions.
- You should be adept at handling technical inquiries, providing step-by-step assistance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
- A solid understanding of AI technologies, cybersecurity protocols, and data science concepts will be highly beneficial, as our products involve innovative and evolving technologies.
