Technical Lead - Facilities Services

Role & responsibilities

• Regularly interact with cross functional teams for any facilities related tasks.
• Closely work with the site FM team & ensure day to day operations are being performed seamlessly.
• Prepare and monitor all site level planned activities, such as Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and ensure these are carried out as per plan
• Build resiliency to quickly address critical breakdowns
• Track and ensure all critical equipment CAMC/ NCAMCs are renewed on time and service providers perform maintenance activities as per the defined timelines.
• Review & clear MSEDCL and utility related invoices to process for payments.
• End to end Coordination for site level mini projects (MAC) & daily reporting to the director facilities.
• Responsible to ensure all critical infrastructure at the facility are efficiently & effectively operational to support the business as per agreed working hours. Critical services include (but not limited to): operations and maintenance of all non-IT assets, electrical infrastructure, HVAC, IBMS, Safety infrastructure, plumbing and civil maintenance.
• Regularly connects with ground level technical team and ensure support coverage for 24x7x365. Monitor performance & regularly direct technical team to ensure operations and maintenance is up to date
• He shall be responsible to maintain the site related data up to date with documentary evidence for records and audit purposes.
• Close coordination with the landlord site FM team from site operations standpoint and be aware about any critical activities planned by the LL teams
• Lead & mentor a team a technician, BMS operators and Handymen.

Education Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering.
• Minimum 8-12 years of hands-on experience of handling electromechanical infrastructure services in IT/ITes companies.
• Experience in office projects, vendor management.
• Ability to efficiently multitask and prioritize work, managing daily support responsibilities with project/initiatives driven activities.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills, verbal & written both.
