Alumaco - We are in the SOW stage. We require SAP SuccessFactors consultant with atleast 2 or 3 implementation on SAP SF in Saudi Arabia. Atleast 6 plus years experience in SAP SF is mandatory. Ready for 1 month travel to onsite Dammam. Very good in communication skills. Overall engagement duration including offshore and onsite is 6 month Key Responsibilities Module Implementation Support: Core HR: Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP). Recruitment: Recruitment Management and Onboarding 2.0. Performance Goals: Performance Management and Goal Management. Talent Development: Learning Management System (LMS), Career Development, and Succession Planning. Time Attendance: Support high-level time tracking and attendance features. Configuration Customization: Configure system settings and workflows to meet organizational requirements. Tailor modules for both operational and talent-focused needs. Integration Dependencies: Ensure seamless integration of SuccessFactors with existing systems and processes. Address dependencies and execute modules within agreed timelines.
