Works on problems of small to moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine and take appropriate action. Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
Assists with analyzing small to large-size client requirements and provides ideas for designs of comprehensive technical solutions.
Collaborates with the implementation team and Customer business owners to gather and analyze requirements to meet the defined business criteria.
Works closely with team members on the implementation of the Zilliant CPQ application and may assist with necessary integrations. Participates in the discovery meetings by taking notes and asking questions to ensure all requirements are thoroughly captured and understood.
Participates in meetings with Project Managers and other team members to determine client needs and implements the Zilliant CPQ application.
Writes clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Groovy and creates reports using Jaspersoft, if needed.

May participate in Admin training and train-the-trainer sessions.

Assists the project team and Customer in the filling out of the design workbooks utilized during Implementation.
Assists the project team in creating the requirement documentation necessary for the project.
Assists the project team in configuring the Zilliant CPQ application according to scope.

EXPERIENCE:

2+ years of Technical Consultant experience or in related field.
Experience implementing Zilliant CPQ software and integrations or administering Zilliant CPQ sites preferred.
Previous work experience with programming, coding and/or software development.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
Relevant coursework or certifications in programming or software development.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS -

Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
Communication: Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, is essential for collaborating with team members and conveying findings to clients. Proficient in English
Programming Languages: Proficiency in Groovy (preferred) or other Java-like programming languages.
Software Development: Understanding of software development and coding principles.
Documentation: Proficiency in documenting code, functional requirements, and system architecture to facilitate maintenance and collaboration.
Leadership: Experience taking control of tasks assigned to them (collaborating with teammates when needed) and completing them in a given timeline.
Zilliant CPQ: Experience implementing Zilliant CPQ on small to large-size projects or acting as administrator for a Zilliant CPQ site; or equivalent experience with another CPQ or SaaS software.
Jaspersoft: Experience editing or creating Jaspersoft reports/documents preferred.
