Job Description
- Gather and analyze client requirements for integrations such as Single Sign-On (SSO), e-Signature solutions, Add-ins, and other custom integrations with CLM platforms
- Design, configure, and implement integration solutions to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve any integration challenges.
- Legacy Data Migration
- Assist in the loading of legacy contract data into the CLM platform and validating the accuracy and completeness of migrated data.
- Provide recommendations for improving data integrity and ensuring a seamless migration process.
- System Support and Validation
- Conduct thorough system testing and validation post-migration to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation.
- Assist clients in adopting and optimizing the platform post-implementation.
- Client Interaction
- Work closely with clients to understand their technical needs and business objectives.
- Provide technical documentation and training as required
