Gather and analyze client requirements for integrations such as Single Sign-On (SSO), e-Signature solutions, Add-ins, and other custom integrations with CLM platforms
Design, configure, and implement integration solutions to meet client requirements.
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve any integration challenges.
Legacy Data Migration
Assist in the loading of legacy contract data into the CLM platform and validating the accuracy and completeness of migrated data.
Provide recommendations for improving data integrity and ensuring a seamless migration process.
System Support and Validation
Conduct thorough system testing and validation post-migration to ensure optimal performance
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation.
Assist clients in adopting and optimizing the platform post-implementation.
Client Interaction
Work closely with clients to understand their technical needs and business objectives.
Provide technical documentation and training as required
