Teqfocus - Technical Architect - Salesforce (9-12 yrs)

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Salesforce Architect / Principal to lead our Salesforce vertical with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and implementation.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce platform solutions, along with a proven track record of leading delivery teams, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering innovation.

This role requires a hands-on approach, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to mentor and groom teams for success.

Location - Pune/Ranchi/Bengaluru

Responsibilities :

Salesforce Architecture and Solution Design:

1. Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions that meet client requirements and business objectives.

2. Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including system architecture, data model design, integration strategies, and user experience optimization.

3. Analyze client needs, identify technical challenges, and propose innovative Salesforce solutions to address complex business problems.

Team Leadership and Mentorship:

1. Groom and mentor a team of Salesforce architects, developers, and consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

2. Provide hands-on guidance and support to team members in technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.

3. Lead by example, driving collaborative problem-solving sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.

POVs, White Papers, and Delivery Leadership:

1. Write and present insightful Points of View (POVs), white papers, and presentation decks on Salesforce best practices, industry trends, and innovative solutions.

2. Lead the delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-impact client presentations and demonstrations.

Proactive Leadership and Innovation:

1. Stay abreast of Salesforce platform updates, emerging technologies, and market trends, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.

2. Lead the ideation and development of Go-To-Market (GTM) solutions, proofs of concept (POCs), and prototype implementations in the Salesforce ecosystem.

3. Drive thought leadership initiatives, representing the organization in Salesforce conferences, forums, and industry events.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and

implementation, with a focus on leading delivery teams and driving strategic initiatives.

- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified

Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect preferred.

- Deep expertise in Salesforce platform solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Einstein Analytics.

- Experience leading large teams in Salesforce projects, with a focus on mentorship, team development, and performance management.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a passion for driving innovation and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
