Salesforce Architect - SFDC Sales Cloud (12-14 yrs)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect with 12+ years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, specifically Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Commerce Cloud. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to develop and deliver scalable, efficient, and customized Salesforce solutions to meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce solutions for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.

- Provide architectural guidance and best practices for integrating Salesforce with other systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation tools, etc.).

- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

- Oversee the configuration, customization, and optimization of Salesforce platforms to enhance functionality and improve user experience.

- Design and implement data models, workflows, and automation within Salesforce to streamline business processes.

- Implement complex integrations with external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization.

- Ensure data security, governance, and compliance across Salesforce platforms.

- Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including solution design, data architecture, and integration design.

- Lead the implementation of Salesforce best practices, including code reviews, deployment strategies, and quality assurance.

- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior Salesforce developers and architects.

- Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that the solution aligns with business needs.

- Ensure the Salesforce platform is optimized for performance, scalability, and high availability.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies, trends, and best practices, particularly within Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 12+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform and tools such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce DX.

- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce architecture and cloud technologies, including experience with Salesforce integrations, middleware, and third-party systems.

- Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs for building scalable and maintainable solutions.

- Proven ability to manage and architect complex Salesforce implementations, including integrations with external systems like ERP, databases, and other business applications.

- Expertise in data modeling, process automation, and creating custom workflows and approvals within Salesforce.

- Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and integration with e-commerce platforms for seamless customer experience.

- Strong experience in implementing Salesforce Service Cloud to support customer service and support functions.

- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, including security (e.g., field-level security, profiles, roles), data integrity, and performance optimization.

- Ability to mentor and lead a team of Salesforce developers, guiding them through complex solution designs.

- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills :

- Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II).

- Experience with Salesforce Integration tools such as MuleSoft, Jitterbit, or Dell Boomi.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience leading Salesforce projects using Scrum or other Agile frameworks.

- Experience with DevOps tools and practices for Salesforce development, including CI/CD pipelines.

- Exposure to Salesforce Einstein (AI), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other advanced Salesforce technologies.
