Teqfocus - Salesforce Technical Architect - Apex/Visual Force (8-16 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect with strong business consulting expertise. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and the ability to align business objectives with scalable Salesforce solutions. As a Technical Architect, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce platforms while partnering with stakeholders to deliver innovative and effective solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Architect and deliver scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.

- Collaborate with business leaders to translate business strategies into technology roadmaps and Salesforce capabilities.

- Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with best practices and architectural standards.

- Analyze complex business processes and recommend process optimizations leveraging Salesforce features.

- Develop comprehensive integration strategies for Salesforce with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow.

- Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality code and configurations.

- Conduct system architecture reviews and propose improvements for efficiency and scalability.

- Stay updated with Salesforce platform advancements and recommend new solutions to enhance system performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 8+ years in Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 3+ years as a Salesforce Technical Architect.

- Proven expertise in Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other platform capabilities.

- Strong background in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.

- Hands-on experience with integrations, middleware (MuleSoft preferred), and data migration strategies.

- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and principles.

- Excellent business acumen with experience in stakeholder management and business consulting.

- Certifications : Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect certifications. Salesforce Technical Architect certification is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design creative, scalable solutions.
