Salesforce Delivery Head - Apex/Visual Force (8-15 yrs)

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Delivery Head who will function as the CEO of our Salesforce department, leading a team of 80 professionals. The role is highly dynamic and challenging, requiring a strong background in Salesforce, hands-on coding knowledge, pre-sales expertise, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee the delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

- Act as a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of coding, though direct coding is not mandatory.

- Lead pre-sales efforts, including client interaction, pitching, and deal conversion.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.

- Manage, mentor, and guide a team of Salesforce professionals, ensuring their development and performance.

- Take ownership of the department's overall success, ensuring operational excellence.

- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategy, delivery, and customer satisfaction.

- Adapt to a flexible working schedule, including weekends or vacations as required.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in Salesforce delivery management.

- Strong understanding of coding concepts in Salesforce (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning).

- Pre-sales expertise with a demonstrated ability to connect with customers and close deals.
