Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:

- 3-6 years of experience in event management, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors

- Proven expertise in planning and executing large-scale events

- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills

- Excellent project management abilities with attention to detail and quality

- Ability to secure sponsorships and build strategic partnerships

- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management

- Passion for market research and a deep understanding of beauty, fashion, and event trends

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

- Experience managing both virtual and in-person events, including product launches, lighting design, and luxury experiences

- Expertise in coordinating food stalls, celebrity appearances, and high-end event execution

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Strategy & Execution

- Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of high-impact events in the beauty and fashion space

- Develop unique and marketable event properties (IP) to strengthen brand positioning and audience engagement

2. P&L & Vendor Management

- Oversee event budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution without compromising quality

- Build and maintain relationships with top-tier vendors, including event agencies, dcor specialists, musicians, artists, and performers

- Negotiate contracts to optimize costs and maximize event impact

3. Event Quality & Brand Representation

- Ensure all events align with brand values and deliver a premium guest experience

- Maintain high-quality standards in event execution, design, and attendee engagement

4. Sponsorships & Strategic Partnerships

- Secure sponsorships and collaborations to enhance event reach and impact

- Work closely with venues and partners to ensure seamless event execution

5. Cross-Team Collaboration

- Align event objectives with overall business and marketing goals

- Collaborate with internal teams to create memorable brand experiences

6. Market Research & Trend Spotting

- Stay ahead of industry trends in beauty, fashion, and experiential marketing

- Leverage insights to develop innovative event concepts and experiences
