Job Description:
Position Overview:
As a Pre-Sales Consultant for Salesforce, you will play a critical role in the sales process by acting as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to potential customers. You will work closely with the sales team to understand the needs and challenges of prospects and demonstrate how Salesforce's products and solutions can meet those needs. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce's product suite, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Expertise:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, computer science, etc.).
Salesforce certification(s), such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, is a plus.
Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role, preferably in the CRM or SaaS industry.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
A deep passion for technology and a customer-centric mindset.
