Responsibilities :

Solution Architecture and Design :

- Design and architect comprehensive ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.

- Develop and maintain ServiceNow architecture standards and best practices.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance on ServiceNow platform capabilities.

- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and design specifications.

CMDB Management :

- Design and implement effective CMDB strategies and processes.

- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CMDB.

- Develop and maintain CMDB relationships and dependencies.

ITSM Implementation and Optimization :

- Lead the design and implementation of ITSM modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.

- Optimize ITSM processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices.

GRC Implementation :

- Design and implement GRC solutions using ServiceNow.

- Integrate GRC processes with other ServiceNow modules.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

ServiceNow Module Expertise :

- Demonstrate deep expertise in a wide range of ServiceNow modules.

- Provide technical guidance and support for module implementation and customization.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases and features.

Technical Leadership and Collaboration :

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and administrators.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Troubleshoot complex issues.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 7+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect or similar role.

- Extensive experience with CMDB, ITSM, and GRC modules.

- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities.

- Proven ability to design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Experience working in a hybrid work environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- ServiceNow Certifications are a major plus.
