litigation associate

We are seeking an experienced, capable, and motivated Advocate Associate on a retainership basis to join our legal team. The Associate will be responsible for supporting our litigation department, with a focus on:
Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT)
National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)
Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA)
Arbitration (domestic international)
Real Estate Matters
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in handling and managing litigation cases in various legal forums.
Conduct trials, draft pleadings, motions, and appellate documents, and negotiate settlements.
Provide legal representation in court hearings and arbitrations.
Research legal issues and provide effective legal strategies and solutions.
Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and legal advice.
Collaborate with senior advocates and other associates on complex cases.
Manage case files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
Enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of India.
4-5 years of experience in litigation, particularly in DRT, NCLT, RERA, Arbitration, and Real Estate matters.
Thorough understanding of legal procedures and court systems.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in using all Microsoft Office tools.
Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
