Job description
1. Monitor maintain computer systems, servers, Wireless Router, networks other peripherals (Printers, scanners, Monitors etc...)
2. Installing configuring computer systems
3. Configuration and maintenance of firewall devices
4. Diagnose hardware Networking faults
5. Configuring maintaining Outlook
6. Troubleshooting providing resolution to problems
7. Knowledge of Windows operating system other general desktop support issues
8. Knowledge of Internet protocols, DNS, TCP/IP and other networking concepts
9. Knowledge of Crimping Punching
10. Install Antivirus Server
11. Provide Remote Support
12. Maintain Antivirus Back up
13. Daily, weekly Monthly Back up
14. Ability to handle clients professionally during all interfaces
15. Log keep records of Customer queries
16. Log calls with Service providers
17. Maintain Service Installation Reports
18. Good interpersonal Customer service skills
19. Good accurate records keeping
20. Good Written verbal communication in English
21. Vendor Management
22. Inventory manage
23. Asset Management
24. File Management
