Reconciliation Analyst Department: Reconciliation Location: [Malad West Mindspace] Reports To: Reconciliation Manager Job Purpose The Reconciliation Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of financial data, identifying discrepancies, and resolving issues. The position plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of financial records and improving reconciliation processes. Key Responsibilities 1. Reconciliation Tasks: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of financial transactions, accounts, and data. Process Improvement: Qualifications Education: Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in financial reconciliation or accounting roles (e.g., as detailed in the uploaded CV). Skills: Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Proficiency in reconciliation tools and accounting software (e.g., Excel, PowerBI). Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work with large datasets and meet strict deadlines. Key Competencies Accuracy and efficiency in handling financial data. Problemsolving and criticalthinking skills. Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies independently.
