US Accountant ( QuickBooks, Sales & Purchase Reconciliation )

Location: Pan India

Timing: 5 PM - 3 AM IST

Company Overview: We are a dynamic and growing company seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in accounting, sales and purchase reconciliation, and managing books and accounts. Familiarity with QuickBooks is essential, and experience in US accounting practices will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular sales and purchase order reconciliation.
• Manage company accounts and ensure timely, accurate book-keeping.
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly reports.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with other team members to streamline financial processes and improve efficiencies.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as an accountant with strong knowledge of financial practices.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks software is a must.
• Strong experience in handling sales and purchase order reconciliation.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Knowledge of US accounting principles (GAAP) is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in accounting.
