eCommerce Manager (Amazon Seller Central)

Timing: 5 PM - 3 AM IST

We're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented eCommerce Manager to join our team! You'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Amazon Seller Central store, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

What you'll do:

• Add new products, maintain existing listings, and conduct keyword research to optimize visibility.
• Handle FBA shipments, reconcile inventory levels, and manage dropship and MCF orders.
• Manage pricing strategies, implement promotions, and leverage tools like Helium10 for data-driven decisions.
• Launch and manage advertising campaigns, and utilize coupons and deals.
• Generate and analyze reports to track performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Resolve customer inquiries promptly, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

What you'll need:

• 2-4 years of experience in eCommerce or Amazon Seller Central management.
• Strong understanding of Amazon's platform and selling tools.
• Proficiency in using Helium10 or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work US timings (5 PM - 3:00 AM IST).

Bonus points:

• Experience with accounting tools.
• Knowledge of PPC advertising.
• Experience with international marketplaces (US, MX, CA).
