Job Description
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets for the business unit in alignment with overall company goals.
- Lead the sales and business development efforts to acquire new clients and expand the customer base in the Technology and IT Services industry.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing tailored staffing solutions to meet their requirements.
- Manage the full lifecycle of staffing operations, including talent acquisition, recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness by implementing best practices, optimizing processes, and leveraging technology solutions.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of recruiters, account managers, and support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, financial forecasts, and business updates to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, HR, and marketing teams, to support cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance visibility and reputation.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in business administration HR/Marketing or a related field. MBA with BE/B tech preferred.
- 15+ Years of experience in the IT/Staffing industry with at least 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in the hiring and staffing services industry, with a focus on the Technology and IT Services sector.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics, trends, and client needs in the India, USA, UK, and Europe regions.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, and expanding market share.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and execute with precision.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, financial management, and performance metrics.
- Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience working in multiple geographies, especially India, UK, and Europe, is highly desirable.
