Head HR GM

We are seeking a strategic and proactive Head of Human Resources Talent Acquisition to join our real estate team. In this role, you will lead our efforts to attract, recruit, and retain top talent across various roles within the company, ensuring that we continue to build a high-performing and diverse workforce.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and initiatives that align with the company s growth and expansion plans.
2. Lead and oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for real estate agents, property managers, administrative staff, and other key positions.
3. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans and strategies.
4. Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to attract a diverse pool of candidates, including networking, direct sourcing, referrals, and partnerships with industry associations.
5. Conduct interviews and assessments of candidates to ensure a high-quality selection process.
6. Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners.
7. Develop and maintain metrics to measure recruitment effectiveness and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
8. Stay informed about trends and best practices in talent acquisition and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
9. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

 

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, Recruitment Manager, or similar role within the real estate industry.
2. Strong understanding of real estate roles and market dynamics, with the ability to attract and assess candidates effectively.
3. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful recruitment strategies.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
5. Experience managing a team of recruiters or HR professionals.
