Executive Hiring Lead

Purpose/Objective

The Executive Hiring Lead will play a pivotal role in hiring for Materials, Metal and Mining cluster of Adani. Responsible for providing leadership, valuable insights and analysis to drive strategic decision-making and contribute to the success of Adani's executive hiring team

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Work with executive hiring Head to create and execute sourcing strategy to meet hiring demands of Materials, Metal and Mining cluster. - Collaborate with key business stakeholders to understand business landscape - The ideal candidate should have a good demeanor and experience in Head hunting, Market mapping, direct sourcing techniques for leadership hiring. - Conduct thorough market mapping to identify potential talent for leadership positions in Adani across different organizations in the Materials, Metal and Mining cluster. - Evaluate potential candidates for their fitment to the role. - Gather and analyze market data which can provide insights and support decision-making. - Build a good network and pipeline of candidates in Materials, Metal and Mining cluster - Prepare reports and presentations to communicate research findings on industry and talent availability and share recommendations to senior management - Step up for executive hiring lead in his/her absence. - Documentation and compliance management as per the process

Technical Competencies

Strong understanding of Materials, Metal and Mining sector,Knowledge of Sourcing methodologies,Technology Orientation,Presentation and Data Management,Digital Dexterity

Qualifications and Experience

Experience - Minimum 10-15 years of experience in leadership hiring preferably in Executive Search firm - Good expertise in stakeholder management, sourcing, pipelining and market mapping for leadership roles. - Experience in sourcing profiles from direct sourcing channels like job boards, social media platforms etc. Education Qualification - Any Bachelor's degree / Master’s degree Non-Negotiable Skills - Stakeholder Management - Market Mapping, Pipelining & head Hunting - Direct Sourcing
