Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing innovative product designs that enhance user experience and drive business success internal and external (client) initiatives. This role requires a blend of creative artistry and technical proficiency, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development: Create and refine product designs from initial concept through to production, ensuring they meet user needs and align with company objectives.
• User Research: Conduct market research and user interviews to identify customer needs, preferences, and pain points.
• Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
• Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to iterate and improve product designs.
• Design Systems: Maintain and contribute to the development of design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in product design or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

Hands on experience in design ecommerce applications (web and mobile) for B2B or B2C.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with prototyping tools.

• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Tools: Figma, Storylane (or other interactive story builder), Miro, and Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript capabilities with the ability to work closely with engineers to implement designs
