Key Responsibilities

Design Execution

- Lead and own design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring that solutions are user-focused and visually compelling.

- Create detailed user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final high-fidelity designs for seamless implementation.

User Research & Testing

- Conduct user research to understand customer pain points and usability challenges.

- Perform usability testing and integrate insights to refine designs and improve product outcomes.

- Prototyping & Design Iteration

- Develop interactive prototypes to communicate ideas effectively to stakeholders.

- Iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing results.

- Design System Contribution

- Enhance and maintain the company's design system to ensure a cohesive experience across products and platforms.

- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Engagement

- Partner with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align on project goals and user needs.

- Present and defend design solutions, balancing user requirements with business objectives.

Continuous Improvement

- Participate in design reviews and critique sessions to elevate the quality of designs.

- Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in product design.

Knowledge Sharing

- Mentor junior designers and contribute to fostering a collaborative and creative design culture.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 4-6 years in product design, with a proven track record of delivering impactful designs.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related disciplines.

Design Expertise: Strong foundation in user-centered design principles, with proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.

Portfolio: A diverse portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills across various platforms and successful projects.

Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset to simplify complex problems into user-friendly solutions.

Communication: Excellent verbal and visual communication skills to articulate design decisions effectively.
