Last Mile Excellence Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Last Mile Excellence Specialist to optimize and improve our last-mile delivery processes. This role focuses on enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through data analysis, process improvements, and collaboration with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize last-mile delivery operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics (KPIs) such as on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the last-mile process.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (3PLs, delivery vendors) to streamline operations.
• Utilize technology and data to improve performance and customer experience.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or last-mile delivery.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Experience with logistics software and route optimization tools.
• Excellent communication and project management skil
