Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Social Media Marketing (SMM). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving online traffic, improving search engine rankings, and enhancing brand visibility through social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Management: Implement and manage effective SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic to the company website.
• On-Page and Off-Page SEO: Optimize website content, meta descriptions, headings, and other on-page elements while also focusing on building quality backlinks and off-page strategies.
• Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for ranking improvements.
• Content Optimization: Work closely with the content team to optimize web content for SEO, ensuring high-quality and engaging material.
• Analytics and Reporting: Use SEO and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to track performance, generate reports, and adjust strategies as needed to meet business goals.
• SMM Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Paid Social Media Campaigns: Create and manage paid social media campaigns to reach target audiences effectively and drive ROI.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to create visually appealing and engaging content for social media posts, blogs, and online advertisements.
• Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a positive online community.
• Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm updates in SEO and social media marketing.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (content, design, sales) to ensure alignment on marketing goals and campaigns.
