Job Description

Client Engagement Relationship Building:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for USA-based clients across diverse industries, including automotive, aerospace, polymers, semiconductors, and technology.
    • Cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  1. Consultative Solution Selling:

    • Leverage your technical knowledge to understand client requirements and recommend tailored material testing solutions.
    • Present Infinita Lab as a strategic partner, offering innovative testing services that align with client goals.
    • Drive the sales process for inbound leads, ensuring timely responses and smooth closures.
  2. Operational Coordination:

    • Engage with clients via calls, emails, and chats to refine requirements and ensure clarity on testing objectives.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that exceed client expectations.
  3. Account Management:

    • Oversee a portfolio of high-value accounts, proactively identifying opportunities for service expansion.
    • Track client satisfaction and address concerns to strengthen relationships.

Required Qualifications:
  • Educational Background:

    • Master s degree in Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields .
  • Experience:

    • 0-2 years in roles involving technical consulting, client engagement, or material science-related activities.

    • Confidence and Communication Skills: Ability to engage effectively with a US-based client base and handle high-profile accounts professionally.
    • Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of material science concepts and their applications in real-world testing.
