Job Description

Employee Relations:

Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring proper communication and resolution.

- Assist in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive work environment.
- Support the HR Manager in addressing and resolving disciplinary issues.
HR Admin :
- Oversee daily HR functions such as attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
- Manage all HR-related data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in employee records, keep HR presentations and decks up-to-date for meetings and reports.

Maintain the employee master data sheet, regularly updating it with new hires, terminations, and personal changes. Generate reports and analyze data to support HR decision-making.

Performance Management :
- Assist in coordinating performance reviews and appraisals, ensuring adherence to the company s timelines.
- Support employees and management with performance improvement plans.
Training Development :
- Coordinate training and development initiatives in collaboration with team leads to ensure continuous growth.
- Track training completion and effectiveness.
HR Reporting :
- Prepare regular reports on HR metrics such as hiring, turnover, and employee engagement.
- Monitor and analyze data for trends, proposing improvements where needed.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in an HR generalist or similar role.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
