SAP HCM On Premise ABAP

Job Title: Application Lead for SAP HCM On Premise ABAP
- Responsible for leading the design, build, and configuration of SAP HCM On Premise ABAP applications
- Acts as the primary contact person for the team
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and develop business solutions
- Provides technical guidance and mentorship to team members for successful project delivery
- Develops and maintains technical documentation such as design specifications, test plans, and user manuals
- Keeps updated with the latest SAP HCM On Premise ABAP technologies and trends
- Must have strong experience in SAP HCM On Premise ABAP development
- Good to have experience in SAP ABAP development
- Must have a solid understanding of SAP HCM On Premise ABAP modules and functionality
- Should have experience in designing and developing custom SAP HCM On Premise ABAP solutions
- Experience in integrating SAP HCM On Premise ABAP with other SAP modules and third-party systems is required
- Should have strong knowledge of SAP development tools, including ABAP Workbench, ABAP Objects, and Web Dynpro for ABAP
- Minimum of 7

5 years of experience in SAP HCM On Premise ABAP development is required
- Ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Candidates should have a proven track record of delivering impactful SAP HCM On Premise ABAP solutions
- The position is based in the Bengaluru office
