Lead SAP HCM On Premise ABAP

Job Title: Application Lead
- Primary Role: Design, build, and configure applications
- Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Manage and collaborate with team for performance
- Make key decisions for the team
- Engage and collaborate with multiple teams
- Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
- Act as the primary point of contact for the project
- Ensure successful project delivery
- Professional and Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP HCM On Premise ABAP, SAP ABAP Development
- Experience with SAP ABAP Development
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Hands-on experience implementing various machine learning algorithms
- Solid grasp of data munging techniques to ensure data quality and integrity
- Additional Information:
- Minimum of 7

5 years of experience in SAP HCM On Premise ABAP required
- Position is based in Hyderabad office
- A BE or equivalent degree is required
