Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive with a minimum of 1 year of international experience to join our growing team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by assisting international clients with inquiries, concerns, and product-related issues. You will handle customer queries via multiple channels including phone, email, and chat, while maintaining professionalism and a positive experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality customer support to international clients via call.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and efficient manner.
• Assist customers with product troubleshooting, service inquiries, and resolving technical issues.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of issues to meet customer satisfaction targets.
• Collaborate with other teams, including technical support and sales, to resolve customer concerns.
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback to improve overall service delivery.
• Achieve performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rate.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of international customer support experience (B2B or B2C).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
• Familiarity with global customer service standards and etiquette.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Flexibility to work in different time zones, as required by international clients.
