Location - Chandivali, Andheri East, Mumbai(WFO)
Roles And Responsibilities
1. Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
2. Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
3. Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
Required Candidate Profile
1. Graduation is required.
2. Escalation desk experience is required.
3. Min. 6 months of documented experience is required in customer service.
4. Must be comfortable with WORK FROM OFFICE.
5. Excellent English communication is required.
Shifts - Rotational Shifts/Rotational Week offs
Working Days - 6 Days
