Designation: Executive & Sr Executive (Domestic Voice process)

Languages: English & Hindi (Mandatory) with Any regional language.

Work Location: Chennai (Thoraipakkam)

Qualification: (+2) Undergraduate.

Notice period: Immediate Joiners preferable.

Interview Mode: F2F (Chennai)

Excellent English in Mandatory No Compromise in English

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Fresher or Experience in Outbound and Inbound calls with excellent communication.
• Freshers with Good communication can also be considered.
• Candidate should have good in communication.
• NO COMPROMISE ON REGIONAL LANGAUGE
• 0-5 years of experience in BPO industry (domestic/international voice process).
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.

Required Skills :

• Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to meet customers' needs.
• Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer requirements.
• Should be comfortable working for 5 days (24/7) with 2 days rotational offs.
• Should within our boundary limits 20Kms.
