2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

3. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.

4. Proper resolution to customer Queries.

Job Requirements:

• Flexibility to work in 24/7 environment
• Graduation is must
• Excellent Communications skills required in ENGLISH
• 1 Year experience in BPO is must

Salary : 29.6K CTC 5 Days Working.
