Content Administrator - English Editing | Sec 60 , Noida - WFO

We are currently hiring for a Content Administrator WP1 @Level 1 & Level 2 role to work with our internal team here in Hyderabad(WFO).

Role: Content Administrator WP1 Level 1 & Level 2 (Designation as per TechM: Sr. Associate Analyst)

Location: Sec 60, Noida UP (WFO 5 Days working)

Experience: Fresher till 5Y (L1/U1 - Fresher till 1.6Y & L2/U2 - 2+ Years)

Shift: UK (12PM 9:30PM, Fixed week offs on Sat & Sun) – Two way transportation within the radius of 30KMS.

Client: UK Based Publishing House (800 Years old)

Mode of Interview: In - person (Can't conduct virtual interviews)

Payroll: Tech Mahindra

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Need to monitor the English Academic content and publish it on different tools and platforms so that students across the world can access that content on time and can take their exams.
• Need to edit the English related content whenever it's required as per the client instructions.

Required:

• Graduation in any field.
• Good Communication skills (Both written and verbal) and should be able to communicate with UK clients whenever it's required.
• Should have good knowledge or experience on MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Client or Stakeholders management and Should have good email drafting skills.

Interview Rounds:

1st Round: Written, Word and Excel task.

2Nd Round: (English Test – Listening and Reading)

3rd Round: Operations Manager

4th round: UK Client Round
