Job Description
- Facility Maintenance & Operations:
- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other infrastructure systems.
- Monitor critical equipment such as DG sets, UPS, chillers, and fire protection systems.
- Breakdown & Preventive Maintenance:
- Conduct routine inspections and schedule preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures efficiently.
- Vendor & Contractor Management:
- Coordinate with vendors for AMC, repairs, and timely service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and quality standards.
- Energy & Cost Optimization:
- Track power consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
- Work on reducing maintenance costs while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, fire audits, and environmental standards.
- Maintain compliance with local statutory requirements.
- Workplace & Infrastructure Support:
- Address facility-related complaints from employees.
- Support workplace modifications, workstation maintenance, and space optimization.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain logs for breakdowns, maintenance schedules, and inventory.
- Provide regular reports on maintenance activities, energy consumption, and cost analysis.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders:
- Coordinate with IT, Admin, Security, and Finance teams for seamless operations.
- Support senior management with facility-related updates and improvement plans.
