Min 10+ years of experience with testing practices 3+ years of experience on Python and Selenium - Must 5+ years of experience SAP automation Good to have Good Knowledge and understanding on Core Java, Selenium and Python Scripting - Must Must have worked on large scale SAP Testing/Upgrade/Implementation engagements - Must SAP functional expertise with SAP SD/MM/PP, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, MDM, and PLM modules would be preferred Good to have Prepare Test Plan and identify candidates for test automation- Must Work with business stakeholder to understand the business needs and help building regression suite for multiple localizations- Must Manage the team and publish test metrices to the audiences- Must

HR has no clear stand on policies and just pushing ball among HRs and does not respond to associate queries ,always appear busy. Resource management system is sluggish few internal opportunities. Manager/Supervisiors have no first hand information on the associate contribution especially for the one who are working directly with clients which impacts appraisal.
