Job Title: Automation Test Lead (Selenium, Python & Pandas Framework)

Overview:

We are hiring for Automation Test Lead positions for our client Cigniti/Coforge. The ideal candidates should have extensive experience in Selenium WebDriver using Python and Pandas framework, with a solid understanding of SAP Finance module. Strong communication skills are a must for this role, as it involves client-facing discussions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage automation testing with Selenium, Python, and Pandas

- Build and maintain frameworks from scratch

- Write detailed test scripts and code from scratch

- Collaborate with teams to create comprehensive test plans

- Conduct defect management using tools like JIRA

- Review and understand SAP Finance domain knowledge for test requirements

- Engage in technical discussions with the client

- Hybrid work model - Must be based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate

Required Skills & Experience :

- Selenium WebDriver with Python (must have 5+ years of experience)

- Strong experience in the Pandas framework (must have 2+ years)

- Proficiency in Python programming (must be able to write code from scratch)

- Basic understanding of SAP Finance

- SQL and database knowledge is important

- Proven ability to create and execute detailed test plans and scripts

- Exceptional communication and client-facing skills

- Attention to detail and strong collaboration abilities

Interview Process :

1st Level : Internal technical screening focused on Pandas, Python, Selenium, and SAP Finance domain

knowledge :

2nd Level : Discussion with onsite client partner
