Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Designer with 5 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing electrical systems, creating detailed schematics, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role involves collaborating with engineers and other designers to develop innovative solutions for complex electrical engineering challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Create detailed electrical designs, schematics, and layouts for various projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Project Management: Manage and complete design projects within the specified timeline and budget, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical reports.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Troubleshooting and Testing: Identify and resolve design issues, conduct tests, and validate the performance of electrical systems and components.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective design solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: 5 to 12 years of experience in electrical design, preferably in a similar industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks), knowledge of electrical design principles, circuit design, and power distribution.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
