Dynatrace Lead/Architect

Role & responsibilities

• Providing L2 support in Dynatrace all activities.
• Install, configure, manage, customize and troubleshoot APM solutions, primarily in Dynatrace.
• Create configuration and installation documents, design documents, SOPs and other project governance and technical documents.
• Should have strong knowledge on Dynatrace monitoring tool.
• Good experience in RUM i.e. User action/session properties, request attributes, SLOs, calculated metrics, Mobile app user experience monitoring, Key user action metrics, Funnel charts for journeys etc.
• Strong in Create dashboards, custom views, metrics, and alerts in the Dynatrace Dashboard Tool.
• Must have strong functional and working knowledge on Dynatrace.
• Maintain the Dynatrace components effectively without any issues.
• Expertise in problem solving within the deadlines without impact to the customer.
• Experience in performing application performance analysis.
• Able to create user access based on the request.
• Should have knowledge on Alerting & Tagging Configuration.
• Familiar on Dynatrace licensing activities.
• Good team player and receptive to suggestions.
• Monitoring Response Time, Web request.
• Generate and analyze thread Dump
• Providing performance tuning suggestion to application team on basis of reports
• Should have basic knowledge on UNIX commands.
• Customize and configure based on customer requirements.
• Experience in designing and implementing sophisticated data visualization strategies.
• Handling API rest services to pull the reports.
