Web ESB Ops

The role of the Web/ESB operation support is to undertake the issues reported related to the application ensuring that they are managed and resolved within the scope of Service Level Agreement securing that all engaged parties perform up to high standards and follow agreed process.

Key Role and Responsibilities

• Support business requirements and deal with all the Web/ESB details of the client.

• To communicate with different clients and ensure efficient participation in all the different phases of development from testing to maintenance.

• Incidents solved in the SLA defined with the customers

• To troubleshoot any bugs or attacks in the system

• Create various timelines and development goals. Skill sets required:

• Graduate with 3+ years.

• Good knowledge in Unix, Shell, Shell scripting, SQL, PLSQL, Docker swarm, OpenShift. . Some background of working in Operations set up which includes debugging web applications flows.

• Technically and logically strong.

• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills at all levels in the organization
