Overview: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Monitoring Team Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of office equipment, particularly printers, and maintaining the functionality of meeting rooms. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills related to printer maintenance and troubleshooting, coupled with excellent organizational abilities to manage meeting room bookings and setups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Printer Management:
• Monitor and maintain office printers, ensuring they are operational and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Troubleshoot printer issues and coordinate repairs or maintenance as needed.
• Educate and assist team members on printer usage and best practices.
• Meeting Room Coordination:
• Manage meeting room reservations and ensure rooms are set up according to requirements.
• Provide technical support for audiovisual equipment and conferencing tools (e.g., projectors, video conferencing systems).
• Ensure meeting rooms are tidy, well-equipped, and ready for use at all times.
• Monitoring and Reporting:
• Monitor office equipment performance and report any issues or trends to management.
• Keep detailed records of printer maintenance, repairs, and consumable usage.
• Generate reports on meeting room utilization and recommend improvements for efficiency.
• Customer Service:
• Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Act as a point of contact for technical support related to printers and meeting rooms.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role, with expertise in printer maintenance and meeting room management.
• Strong technical skills in troubleshooting printers and familiarity with various printer models.
• Proficiency in setting up and troubleshooting audio-visual equipment and conferencing tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training is a plus.
