• Scripting Knowledge: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Perl, PHP, Python, or Shell scripting.
• MySQL Database: Experience with MySQL database management.
• Ansible: Hands-on experience with Ansible for automation.
• Infrastructure Monitoring Tools: Familiarity with tools like SiteScope, App Dynamics, DataDog, etc.

Secondary:

• Application Management: Experience in installation, configuration, upgrading, and patching of applications.
• Networking Knowledge: Basic understanding of networking concepts.
• Troubleshooting: Ability to handle OS and application-level troubleshooting.

• Manage and troubleshoot Unix and Windows systems.

• Maintain strong documentation and presentation skills.
